An open Letter To the 5 BOROUGH.

This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with an area of approximately 500 square feet. The apartment is on the third floor of a prewar building and has a doorman and an elevator. There is a laundry facility in the basement.

The owner sleeps in the living room and the bedroom is for the roommate. This apartment is decorated with antiques, artifacts, and pictures. There is air-conditioning unit in each room. The bedroom is 12 X 18 and is furnished with two single beds. Sheets are provided. There is a bureau, a TV, cable, and a stereo as well. The room has a window that brightens the room. The bathroom is in the available bedroom. It has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Towels are provided. The owner must walk through the bedroom to reach the bathroom.

The living room has two entirely mirrored walls. The living area is furnished with a leather sofa, two armchairs, a carpet, a TV, and two buffets. The small, shared kitchen is separate from the living room. It is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

Everyday shopping is available along Second Avenue where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, dry cleaners, etc. For clothing and other types of shopping, there is a well-known department store and other stores are a five-minute walk from the apartment. The area also has many restaurants and movie theaters. Central Park is about five avenues away. Transportation is easily accessible with the 4, 5, and 6 trains at 59th Street and Lexington Avenue.
